Cancellation and Modification Policy<\/h2>

To ensure fairness to both our therapists and other clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours\u2019 notice for any cancellations or modifications to your appointment. Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations can be challenging to fill, impacting our therapists\u2019 availability and our ability to accommodate other clients.
\nIf you are feeling unwell or unable to attend your appointment, please contact us by phone or email. We will promptly respond to confirm the rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.
\nIn the event that you are not present at the scheduled time and location for your treatment, a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment balance will be required before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Same-Day Bookings Policy<\/h2>

Same-day bookings are not frequently available due to limited scheduling capacity. However, if you are able to secure a same-day appointment, please note that it is considered final. The full appointment fee must be paid at the time of booking via e-transfer. Any changes, including cancellations or modifications, will render the payment non-refundable.

However, if the delay extends beyond this buffer, the time lost will be deducted from your scheduled treatment time, and regular fees will still apply. Informed Consent<\/h2>

I understand that the massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, or other manual therapies I receive are provided primarily for the purposes of relaxation, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension. I acknowledge that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree that I should consult a physician, chiropractor, or another qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailments of which I am aware.
\nI understand that massage therapists are not qualified to perform skeletal adjustments, provide diagnoses, or prescribe treatments, and that no statements made during the session should be interpreted as such.
\nAs certain medical conditions may contraindicate massage or other modalities, I affirm that I have disclosed all known medical conditions and answered all questions truthfully. I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my medical profile and understand that the therapist bears no liability if I fail to do so.
